We match companies looking for seasoned part-time employees to professionals looking for meaningful part-time work.  We have become a leader in this market and were named by Forbes as a Top Staffing Firm for Part-Time Work.  We are headquartered in Northern Virginia with offices in Boston and DC metro areas. We currently have 14 part-time staff members. Launched in 2010, we have made Inc Magazine's 5000 Fastest Growing Companies for the last two years. Our candidates are mostly working moms, freelancers or retirees with bachelor’s and/or advanced degrees and ten or more years of professional work experience.  Our clients are mostly small to medium-sized companies looking for smart and economical staffing options. 
Location: Virtual but will require travel within Boston metro area to attend staff weekly meetings, meet with business clients and attend networking events. FlexProfessionals' physical office is in Arlington, MA.
Job Type: Permanent part-time 
Hours / Schedule: Approximately 25-30 hours per week.  Hours will fluctuate up or down weekly, depending upon caseload and client needs.

Rate:  Base salary of $12,000 plus commission on gross profit of managed accounts. Target commissions are $30K - $100K+.  
Job Description:  Manage business client (employer) accounts for direct and hourly placements through FlexProfessionals.  The Account Executive will be responsible for serving and growing business client (employer) base the Boston metro area.  
Job Responsibilities (in priority order):  
Manage Client Accounts
-         Develop job orders for job leads received and/or assigned, including developing job description and recording and advertising job via FlexProfessionals on-line system.
-         Search for and identify potential candidates.
-         Screen potential candidates for jobs through phone and/or in-person interviews and update on-line system accordingly. 
-         Match and propose candidates to clients.  Schedule interviews and work with client until placement is made or job is no longer active. 
-         Negotiate salary or hourly pay rate and other arrangements with clients and candidates.
-         Complete and execute contracts between FlexProfessionals and clients.
-         Complete and execute contracts and required employee paperwork including payroll forms, confidentiality agreements, and background check forms for placed candidates.
-         Provide required paperwork for placements to FlexProfessionals billing contact.
-         Follow-up with clients and candidates to ensure success after placements are made.
-         Maintain up-to-date client, job, and candidate status using on-line system.
-         Maintain contact with existing clients and continue to market and cultivate business from existing client network.
Generate New Business
-         Identify and cultivate new clients through a variety of means including leveraging existing relationships, mining, networking, mailings, meetings, calls, etc.
-         Capture new clients and potential job leads.
Support FlexProfessionals’ Business Success and Growth
-         Work in highly collaborative environment to share knowledge of clients, candidates, and strategies to facilitate success across all accounts.
-         Assist FlexProfessionals in continuing to strengthen and grow its business through branding, marketing, awareness building, and quality execution.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate must be networked in the Boston metro area and share a passion for the FlexProfessionals’ mission and model.  We are trailblazing this market so candidate must be high energyambitious, confident and resilient.  Additional requirements are: 
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years professional work experience, preferably in a corporate work environment. 
  • Proven track record in sales, business development and/or account management in a service-oriented industry.
  • Recruiting experience a plus.
  • Independent, self-starter with excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and proactively and regularly communicates
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Well-versed in MS Office Suite and a quick-learner who can master on-line database system.
  • Flexibility to attend networking events approximately 3 to 5 times per month, some of which may be early morning and/or after-hours.
  • Flexibility to travel to Washington metro area one or two days per year for company meetings.
