Local small business looking for an office assistant who is computer savvy

Location: Gaithersburg, MD , onsite initially, once acclimated if prefer can be done virtually

Job Type: Long -term , on-going
 
Hours/Schedule:  Approx. 5-10 hours per week, flexible hours, possible virtual over time.
 
Pay Rate: $20-22/hour

Job Description: Office Assistant who can build and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft  Excel.

Responsibilities:

•  Build databases in Excel spreadsheets by pulling information from multiple sources
    and entering them into the spreadsheets in excel
•  Keep online project management forms up to date
•  Develop in-house directories in Excel
•  Develop spreadsheets in Excel to help track marketing campaign analytics
•  Help with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
•  Set up our customers in online registration forms
•  Compile documents in email to send to customers
•  Marketing Help where needed
•  Build customer database spreadsheet
•  Scan and file documents 
 
Qualifications:

•    Proficient with Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook
•    Focused, organized, and detail oriented
•    Reliable
•    Someone who is organized and can get things done
•    Enjoy learning new technology
