Mid-size company seeks part time Content Marketing Coordinator to support a large-scale parenting webinar program.

Location: Watertown, MA

Direct, Part-time Permanent
20 hrs/wk: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-2:00pm or 10:00am-3:00pm
Job Description: 
The Content Marketing Coordinator will support a large-scale parenting webinar program. In addition she/he will report on various content marketing efforts, help organize files and assets, and provide project coordination and management. A successful candidate will be highly creative, very comfortable with technology, and have the aptitude to learn and adapt to new systems and platforms.


  • Provide webinar support, including setup, monitoring, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Coordinate process and production of webinars, podcasts, videos, and other assets.
  • Support content marketing/KPI reporting and maintenance of content dashboards.
  • Organize video and audio files and other creative assets.
  • Coordinate special content projects and marketing requests.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on special projects.


  • Flexible, eager to learn, creative, and agile with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management.
  • Able to work equally well with people in creative and technical positions.
  • Comfortable working in a diverse, team-oriented, social, and collaborative setting.
  • General knowledge of content or digital marketing metrics a plus.
  • B.A. in communications, media, journalism, graphic design, instructional technology, or marketing preferred.
  • Portfolio, blog, or social presence showcasing creative writing, design, or curation a plus.
