Hours / Schedule:  40 hours per week til the end of the year (possibility for some virtual work)

Pay Rate:  $30 - $35/hour

Job Description: Looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns including deployment of emails, landing page building and optimization, and database segmentation
  • Continuously look for and implement improvements to our marketing automation platform
  • Support ongoing database management, and provide insights into database optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, and data cleanliness
  • Assist with various requests to marketing and support of ongoing and ad-hoc projects

  • 1-3 years of professional experience related to email marketing/marketing operations, preferably in the B2B software space
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tool(s) such as Marketo/Hubspot/Click Dimensions and/or Email Marketing (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, etc.).
  • Familiarity with creating reporting and making data-informed decisions. Experience coding HTML/CSS and creating and optimizing landing/webpages
  • Experience working in Google Analytics, ideally you have created goals and dashboards
  • Must possess a proactive approach to work and a willingness to learn new things
  • BA./B.S. in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Must be detail-oriented and be able to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and takes initiative with projects

Additional Skills and Experience: 
  • Experience supporting the promotion of events (webinars, conferences, etc.)
  • Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce/MS Dynamics)
  • Experience working on paid media advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google PPC, and Facebook
  • Proficient in Excel, and ideally you know how to work in pivot tables
  • Familiarity with content management systems (Drupal preferred)
  • Familiarity with SEO (Moz)
  • Track record of A/B testing using Optimizely
  • You can share your best performing subject line
  • You love current events/news and staying abreast of marketing tech trends
  • You have a sense of humor and enjoy sharing an occasional meme
