Energy firm seeks temporary part-time Digital Marketing Manager to start immediately.

Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Company:  Leading provider of cloud based intelligence software to domestic and European energy companies.  
Lexington, MA

Schedule: Starts immediately through February 2018.

Job Type: Approximately 2 days per week. Schedule is flexible and some of the work can be done virtually. 
$50 - $60/hr depending on skills/experience

Job Description Provide temporary digital marketing coverage as part of the Marketing department's programs team. Execute digital marketing campaigns promoting programs to Utility clients. Responsible for soliciting, capturing, editing and integrating content and executing campaigns working closely with design teams, including managing the projects and outputs of creative vendors. The role includes extensive cross-functional interaction across commercial and technical teams to create and deliver messages of long-term lasting use and value. Responsibilities include: 
  • Deliver external communications campaigns through digital channels to help bring to life the story of the company’s advanced analytics, customer engagement, utility innovation, and environmental impact. 
  • Partner with the Demand Generation and Sales Ops teams to support content strategies that help drive lead generation and sales/marketing efforts. 
  • Support the creation, delivery, and ongoing analysis of segmented email campaigns. 
  • Support creative design, brand, and content teams, including working with the design agency, to ensure high quality outputs that support a productive content strategy/brand awareness effort. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related fields. 
  • Experience with Pardot,, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter, WordPress.
  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a demonstrated track record of success. 
  • Hands-on experience leading and overseeing on-and off-line B2B and consumer sales and marketing communications. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and dedication to work of the highest quality. 
  • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Value being both a contributing player and a leader in a demanding work environment, with equal emphasis on process, content, and outcomes. 
  • Prior experience in utilities, energy, regulated industry or enterprise software is a plus, but more important is the proven ability to understand technical or quantitative topics and turn them into compelling stories for executive and/or non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience in product marketing management a plus
