Location:  Washington DC, NW

Hours/Schedule: 20 hours week, flexible on schedule, can be 6.5-7.5 hours/day, 2-3 days/week or 3-4 hours/day, 4-5 days/week

Rate:  $25/hour

Job Description:  The Executive Assistant will support a busy Senior Vice President who heads both the Communications department and the Educational Foundation for the association. 

  • Maintains calendar, including meetings and travel
  • Keeps track of schedule
  • Provides meeting support
  • Sets up conference calls
  • Coordinates and manages occasional travel arrangements
  • Completes administrative duties such as inventory management and ordering supplies 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
