Financial Planner in Leesburg, VA seeks a part-time Operations/Admin Assistant for general operations and administrative support.

Company: Small financial planning firm
 
Location: Leesburg, VA (mostly virtual with some on-site as needed)

Job Type: Temp to perm
 
Hours/Schedule: 10 hours per week
 
Pay Rate: $23-27/hour

Job Description: Operations/Administrative Assistant will assist with organizing systems/processes, schedule appointments, prepare for meetings, manage database, and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years experience in Operations/Admin support role
  • Experience working virtually and part-time
  • Proficient with Apple products (MacBook, iphone, etc) 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with Mail Chimp
  • Experience with Social Media
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Experience in financial services a plus
  • Strong understanding of computers and software - ability to troubleshoot computer problems
  • Ideal candidate will have excellent math skills as well as oral/written communications skills and the ability to act as a sounding board for owner 
  • Candidate must be a non-smoker
